A wedding of interest in Owens
occured June 22 when Paul Carter
Arkansas were married at Hat-
field. Paul is the son of J. W.
Carter who has been a resident of
this county many years. "Hie wed-
ding ceremony was performed by
the groom's uncle C. E. Burkeen.
They are at home in Owens where
Mr. Carter is engaged in farming
activities.
