Route.—The Washington correspondent of
the New York Times, says it is understood at
the capital that the sloop-of war fSaratoga
went to Grey town with oiders to co-operate
with the English fleet in re-opening and

tion to both Walker and Costa Rica.

Snow ox the Lower Rio Grande.—
The Brownsville Flag takes back all it
has said about the genial climate of the lower
Rio Grande. About the middle of March

of the Rio Bravo del Norte, below the moun-
tains.
