Well-Boim1 Christians.—Dr. T. L.
Cuyler, of' brooklin, Bays, pithily, in
tbo Evangelist:
A well built Christian is harmoni-
ous in all his parts. No trait shames
another. He is not a jumble of in-
consistences,—to-day devout and
to-morrow frivolous ; to-day liberal
to one cause and to-morrow niggard-
ly towards another ; to-day fluent
in prayer and to-morrow fluent in
polite falsehoods.
A new paper is to bo started in
Paris to be called tbo Divorce, to be
devoted to the passage of a law le-
galizing divorce. There are said to
be forty-five thousand separated men
and women living in France.
