What's the Use
Of having a good doctor to write
the prescription if the druggist
doesn t fill it properly? Its just as
important to have a good druggist
as it is to have a good doctor, and
therefore, people should bs equally
discriminating in their selection of
a druggist as a doctor.
A Man Who Knows
pure drugs from the other kind is
in charge of our prescription de-
partment, consequently, prescrip-
tions filled by us contain only the
purest drugs obtainable. This
together with our care and accura-
cy. makes every bottle of mtdicine
that goes out of our store absolute-
ly reliable.
It contains just what the doctor
orders in its purest form, and in
just the right proportions

derly, moral and pure. No rude

endless series of the most wonder-
ful maneuvers. Celebrated acro-
bats and athletes in friendly con-
test, and a complete circus of cap-
tivating dogs, praying dogs, laugh-
ing dogs, reading dogs, speaking
dogs, somersault dogs, singing
dogs, leaping dogs, dancing dogs,
tumbling dogs, circus dogs, clown
dogs and many other attractions
too numerous to mention.
Morris Spoke at Corsicana.
Corsicana, Tex., Oct. 20.—Hon.
N. B. Morris, democratic candidate
for elector at large, addressed a
crowd of about 100 at the city hall
this afternoon. His speech was
an attack on trusts, imperialism
and Mark Hanna and a defense of
the democratic candidate for presi-
dent and the democratic platform.
His speech was well received by
his audience.

Dr. L. Panders is now in this
city. This is the doctor's third
visit. He has amply demonstrated
his skill as an optician by fitting
glasses to very complicated cases

"For three days and nights I
sufferred agony untold from an
attack of cholera morbus brought
on by eating cucumbers," says M.
E. Lowther, clerk of the district
court, Centerville, Iowa. "I
thought I should surely die, and
tried a dozen different medicines
but all to no purpose. I sent for
a bottle of Chamberlain's Colic,
Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedy
and three doses relieved me en-
tirely." This remedy is for sale

All Should Vote.
I want every yoter to vote this
year, for a vote this year may de-
termine not only the policy of this
Government, but it may by its
influence determine the policy of
other Governments, for to-day we
are fighting our battle upon the
hilltops and the world looks on.
We have a Government which can
be made as good as the people
want it, or desire to have it, and
it we can solve aright the problems
that confront our civilization, then
our example will be a help and
inspiration to others. But if we
fail here, then our failure will
bring despair to those who are not
situated as we are.—W.J. Bryan
It is charged that Judge Graham
is seeking the negro vote after
having said that he did not want
them to help nominate him.
Judge Graham was not a member
of the executiye committee that
decided that none but white demo-
crats should participate in the
piimaries. But it might be asked
with the greatest propriety, "what
has that issue got to do with the
race between Judge Graham and
and Mr. Carter?'' Is it not a fact
that not a single negro is permitted
to vote in Mr. Carter's county, in
any sort of a primary election?
For about twenty years all negroes
have been excluded from par-
ticipating in the selection of
candidates there. It is a well-
known fact that there is no coun-
ty in Texas whose politics is man-,
aged so exclusively by white dem-
ocrats as in Harrison county. And
because the 4700 democratic voters
of Panola and Rusk and a decided
majority of the democrats of Har-
rison county wanted a primary
election for the nomination of dis-
trict judge and district attorney,
as well as for the county offices
Mr. Carter refuses to submit to the
will of this immense majority of
the democrats of the district, and
hence his running independent of
any organization.

tion of a $75 000 federal court

Mr. Dabney White, late of the

Robbed The Grave.
A startling incident, is narrated
by John Oliver of Philadelphia, as
follows: "I was in an awful condi-
tion. My skin was almost yellow,
eyes sunken, tongue coated, pam
continually in back and sides, no
appetite, growing weaker day by
day. Three physicians had given
me up. Then I was advised to
use Electric Bitters: to my great
joy, the first bottle made a decided
improvement. I continued their
use for three weeks, and am now
a well man. I know they robbed
the grave of another victim."
