rant County—Greeting:
You are hereby commanded that, by
making publication of this citation in
some newspaper published in the county
of Tan-ant, and state of Texas, for tour
consecutive weeks previous to the re-
turn day hereof, you summon Garibalda
W. Costa, whose residence is unknown,
to be and appear before the next term
of the district court, to beholden within
and for the county of Tarrant, at the
court house thereof in tho city of Fort
Worth, on the seventh Monday after the
second Monday in March, A. D. 1883,
then and there to answer the petition of
■Emma Pearl Costa, filed in said court
on the 5th day of March, A. D. 1883,
against the said Garibalda W. Costa,
said suit being numbered 2,502. on the
docket of said cbnrt and allegingin sub-
stance as follows, to-wlt:
That plaintiff and defendant were
married in Cook county, Illinois, on or
about the 10th day of April, 187!), and
that they continued to live together as
husband' and wife until the month of
December, 1881, at which time defend-
ant began and continued such a cruel
and inhuman treatment and manner to-
wards her, and was guilty of excesses,
eruel treatment and outrages toward
plaintiff of such a nature as to render
plaintiff and defendant living together
insupportable.
Wherefore plaintiff'prays that upon a
final hearing she have judgment, that
the bonds of matrimony between herself
and the defendent heretofore entered
into be dissolved, cancelled and an-
nulled. that plaintiff resume her maiden
name, Emma Pearl Snyder, and for costs
of suit. etc.
Herein fall not. but of this writ write
your return thereon showing how you
have exeeuted the same, due return
make.

Yon are hereby comniantled that, by
making publication of this citation in
some newspaper published in the county
of Tarrant*state of Texas.for eight.con-
secntlve weeks previous to the return
day thereof, you summon the unknown
heirs of J. Mahrer, deceased, to appear
before the district «Jonrt, to be liolden
within and for the county of Tarrant,
at the court house thereof, in the city of
Fort Worth, on the seventh|Monduv after
the second Monday in March. A. f).1885i,
then and there to answer the petition of
VV. J. Davis, filed in said court on the 2d
day of March, 1^83. and being numbered
2,501, against the said unknown heirs of
,J. Mahrer and T. B. Howard, adminis-
trator de bonis non of the estate of
the said J. Mahrer, deceased, and
alleging In substance as follows,
to-wit: That said J. Mahrer died
intestate in the county of Tarrant
on the Otli day of March, A. D.
1881: that said T. It. Howard is the ad-
ministrator de bonis non of the estate
ofsa d J. Mahrer, deceased; that on to-
wit: The day of December, 1880, the
said VV. J. Davis purchased of the said
J. Mahrer n certain lot of land, situated
in the city of Fort Worth, Tarrant
county, Texas, to-wit: Being the east
half of lot No. 3 in block B. in Felld's
addition to the said cityiof Fort Worth;
tjiat plaintiff paid said Mahrer at the
time of the purchase of said lot, the
sum of eighty dollars, and immediately
entered ttpon said premises, and took
possession of the same, and lias been in
possession ever since, itp to the filing of
his petition: that he has greeted on said
lot a. dwelling of the value of live hun-
dred dollars, out that the said,J. Mahrer
never made and executed to plaintiff a
deed to said lot, although olten re-
quested and promised so to do during
his lifetime.
Wherefore plaintiff prnys the judg-
ment of the court divesting all tiie
right, title and interest of the said T. 1J.
Howard as administrator de bonis non
of the estate of said .J. Mahrer,
deceased, and the said unknown
heirs of said ,T. Mahrer, deceased.
In and to the above described premises,
and vesting the same in this plaintiff',
and fully establishing and continuing
the title to said plaintiff in And to said
lot and for general relief.

return make with your return thereon,
