Court of said county, applied for an order
to sell real and personal estate of Levi Lee,
dee'd., and it appearing to the court that the
same is for the benefit of the heirs of said
estate, to pay expenses, Ac., it was decreed
by the court that all the Stock Cattle of said
estate be sold at Lampasas in Lampasas
county, th" residence of the administrator :
said cattle amounting in number from one
to two hundred head, and to sell the brand
of the same. And it was further ordered,
that the lands of said estate, consisting of
lt>0 acres in Williamson county, Texas, part
of the headright of Richard West, and 1520
acres out of the land of Jacob Harrold
tract in Burnet county, Texan, and 10 acres
of cedar land in Burnet county, Texas.—
That notice of said sales be published in the
Bastrop Advertiser of Bastrop county and
some paper in Williamson county and in
counties where the land is situated, as the
law directs. Therefore, notice is hereby
given, that in accordance with said orders of
said court, 1 will proceed to sell said cattle
at Lampasas, Lampasas county, Texas, on
the first Monday in April, and sell or cause
to be sold, said lauds, on the 2nd Tuesday
iu April, lfOi), at the Court House of the
county where the land may be situated.
