The Correct Time.
It is narrated of some of the
wealthy men -of New York, that
their punctuality in reading their
stores is so noted that no chro-
nometer can better indicate the
time. Though we have punctual
men in Houston, there are none a&
strict as those in New York, but
we make up for this want by re-
ferring to the time piece at Pteis-
cay's, which is always regnlated
by the sun, observations of which
are taken by his transit. Bailroad
men now find the advantages of
Pescay's enterprise, as they get
their time the same as the stars—
from the sun—at Pescay's,
