Deer Bo:
Right after I phoned you I called in my secretary
and dictated the agreement that I promised to
mail you and gave instructions for the draft to
be issued and attached to the Certificate for
4,165 shares of stock we discussed. When I went
to my new bosses and told them about it in order
to indicate to them how the ~,00.00 was going
to be paid they didn't like the idea of my
giving away one-half of my c ance in the deal
and when I explained to them that I had to do
that voluntarily in order to secure the money
and participate in it they offered me the money.
So I a .sorry that I put you into a whole lot of
trouble but I am thankful for the satisfaction
I had that you believe in me and you trust me.
I may have an occasion later on to secure some
of this stock for you because it is going to
make money within a short time.
Sincerely y0 ,
H. Economic Comptroller
