The Hymn
Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine! Oh
what a fore-taste of glory divine! Heir of
salvation, purchase of God.
Perfect submission, all is at rest, I in my
Savior am happy and blest; Watching
and waiting, looking above, Filled with
His goodness, lost in His love. This is my
story, this is my song, Praising my
Savior all the day long.
Pastor
Jesus said unto her, I am the
resurrection, and the life: he that
believeth in me, though he were dead,
yet shall he live. John 11:25
Family and Friends
And I heard a voice from heaven saying
unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead
which die in the Lord from henceforth:
Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest
from their labours; and their works do
follow them. Rev 14:13 (KJV)
Pastor and Family
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not
want. He maketh me to lie down in
green pastures: he leadeth me beside
the still waters. He restoreth my soul:
he leadeth me in the paths of
righteousness for his name's sake. Yea,
though I walk through the valley of the
shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for
thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff
they comfort me. Thou preparest a
table before me in the presence of mine
enemies: thou anointest my head with
oil; my cup runneth over. Surely
goodness and mercy shall follow me all
the days of my life: and I will dwell in
the house of the LORD for ever. Psalm 23
Family
And ye now therefore have sorrow: but
I will see you again, and your heart
shall rejoice, and your joy no man
taketh from you. John 16: 22
Pastor
In sure and certain hope of the
Resurrection to eternal life through our
Lord Jesus Christ, we commend the
soul of God's servant
Mrs. Wilhelmenia B. Hall Young to
God who gave her life. The Lord bless
her and keep her, the Lord make his
face to shine upon her and be gracious
unto her, the Lord lift up his
countenance upon her, and give her
rest, both now and evermore. Amen.
Pastor, Friends and Family
At the same time came the disciples
unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest
in the kingdom of heaven? And Jesus
called a little child unto him, and set
him in the midst of them, And said,
Verily I say unto you, Except ye be
converted, and become as little children,
ye shall not enter into the kingdom of
heaven. Whosoever therefore shall
humble himself as this little child, the
same is greatest in the kingdom of
heaven. And whoso shall receive one
such little child in my name receiveth
me. Matthew 18: 1-5
Pastor

your Son, and our Savior Jesus Christ
our Lord. Amen.

Prayer of Comfort and Benediction
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are
true, whatsoever things are honest,
whatsoever things are just, whatsoever
things are pure, whatsoever things are
lovely, whatsoever things are of good
report; if there be any virtue, and if
there be any praise, think on these
things. Phil 4:8
