*WaCter Cockrum was 6orn JLugust 25, 1934 to Charlie and Carrie
Cockrum. 'J fis father, 'Mother and one sister and two 6rothers preceded
him in death.
'WaCter accepted Christ at an earCy age and joined Nash CreekjBaptist
Church and was afaithfuC mem6er untiC he moved to San J/intonio. He
went to schooC in the (Randolph community. He once worked at the
!JVew (BraunfeCs schoot district as a janitor. He also render his services
as a specialty driver to the elder people. He was an auto mechanic.
He is survived 6y his sister, L uCa Mae 'White and a host of nieces and
nephews.
