Mrs. Betty Anthony was the third child born to Ed
and Luvenia Heggins, January 29, 1886 in Seguin, Te-
xas, Guadalupe County. She attended the schools of
Guadalupe County. She accepted Christ at an early
age casting her membership with the Sweet Home
Baptist Church.
She was united in marriage to Mr. Isaac Anthony
in 1904, He preceded her in death. To this union
eleven children were born. Three daughters and
eight sons. In 1942 they moved to San Ahtonio, Te-
xas and united with Shiloh Baptist Church the Rev.
S. E. Steward, pastor. Her membership remained
at Shiloh until her death.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Pearl
Lee Frances, Mrs. Lula Mae Mclntyre, and Mrs.Mary
Elizabeth Childs, all of San Antonio;eight sons, Eli-
jah, Roy, £ C. , John, Ollie^Willie Odel, Rev. B.
Anthony and George all of San Antonio; jhtrfcj £J7&
grand children; seventy two great-grand children :
seven great-great-grand children and a host of other
relatives and friends.

The Anthony family wishes to express their deep
appreciation to their many friends for all express-
ions of sympathy and other acts of thoughtfulness
shown them at this time.
