Caption: "Our Hercules"

Written on photograph copy: "1928 original in color-watercolors. Family was broke, [?] in Mexico, was to do something and he would be giver, didn't even get a thank you. Met him on an elevator in Esperson Building. Murillo had been in Houston 8 years. Did this when he was out, struggling artist at the time. Went to convention. Convention inspired him to do it"
