"ace" at the Borger Ciolt' Club. He
nominally won this place yesterday
when with a handicap of 20 he shol
a bet 69 over the 18 hole course.
Butt he's got some distance yet to
travel.
Sunday's play was the first .of a
(series of five tournaments to de-
termine the handicap of each mem-
ber of the club.
Four Tic at 73 Net.
Four players finished with net
72*8. They were George Hodges
handicap 15; Mike Birmingham
10b, handicap 28; H. Couley 100,
handicap 28; J. D. Miller 102. han-
dicap 30.
L. M. Conner was the third low
in the net scoring 73 with a gross
Ot 101.
"Boney" Bonebrake, pro at the
club shot a crackerjack nine holes
in 3.1 which is two under par.
