a deed as grantors to the State, act-
ing through the Texas Highway Com-
mission, as grantee; and
Whereas, The deed purported to
convey for road right-of-way purposes
a 71.923-acre tract of land out of a
larger tract containing 372.36 acres,
more or less; and
Whereas, The 372.36-acre tract con-
sists of two tracts containing 312.36
and 60 acres, respectively, in the Wil-
