removal or disposition of mortgaged
property or movable property of
growing crops of farm produce, to in-
clude any mortgage, deed of trust,
security interest or other lien, in writ-
ing, upon any personal or movable
property or growing crop of farm
produce, providing a new punishment
for a violation thereof, providing that
the failure to pay the debt secured or
portion thereof due, or to deliver the
property or crop within ten (10) days
after notice of demand for possession
thereof is given by the holder of the
mortgage, deed of trust, security in-
terest or other lien is prima facie
evidence of the removal and sale or
other disposition of such property or
crop with the intent to defraud such
holder, defining the term "notice" and
establishing a procedure for the giv-
ing of notice; providing for the sever-
ability of the portions of this Act;
and declaring an emergency.

gency.
