Foote, Jan 11 —Miss Anna
Hays, aged 52, died last Thurs-
day night after being confined to
her bed for over twelve months
with paralysis. She was buried
, Friday in the Scott burying
| ground. She had been a member
of the Baptist church for a long
time.
Capt F G Lewis has returned
from a visit to his daughter, Mrs
Lee Smith, in H iskell county.
He was real sick when he got
home. I hope to soon hear of his
entire recovery
Mrs Tom Robison is real sick.
Jim Rutledgo has moved to his
new home near Rowlett.
There was a pound supper
given at the home of J A Stuart's
la t Friday night. There were
about fixty persons present.
There was plenty to eat and all
hail a nici time.
Mrs Grundy Lewis had a stroke
of paralysis last Friday moruing
She has been in a very bail condi-
tion bur glad to say she is slowly
improving.
