these rules continue to exist and whether these rules should be repealed,
readopted, or readopted with amendments. Any repeals or necessary
amendments identified during the review of these rules will be pro-
posed and published in the Texas Register in accordance with the Ad-
ministrative Procedure Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 2001.
To be considered, written comments relating to whether these rules
should be repealed, readopted, or readopted with amendments must be
submitted by 5:00 p.m. CST September 26, 2011. Comments may be

Title 13, Part 1
The Texas State Library and Archives Commission has completed the
review of rules in 13 TAC Chapter 2 (General Policies and Procedures),
concerning the operation of the agency. Notice of the review was pub-
lished in the March 18, 2011, issue of the Texas Register (36 TexReg
1885).
The commission found the rules continue to be necessary and appropri-
ate for the commission to perform its functions and to fulfill its statutory
obligations.
