The Woman's Tonic
As a medicine for fe-
male trouble, no medi-
cine you can get has the
old established reputation,
that Cardui has.
Fifty (50) years of suc-
cess prove that it has
stood the greatest of all
tests—the test of TIME.
As a tonic for weak wo-
men, Cardui is the best, be-
cause it is a woman's tonic.
Pure, gentle, safe, re-
liable. Try Cardui.
Mr.—Mr.—" "Mr- Kryl, who
plays the cornet. That is Mr.
Kryl 'would do so, but tonight,
he can't for the simple reason
that he's got his corn-et. Ha!
Ha!"
At which exhibition Tof rural
wit, there was a loud guffow.
"And to thinn:" says Kryl, "that
I had to get up and pla/ after
such a* pun as that!".
Mr. Kryl, at the concert, will
be assisted by Miss Helen Nor-
ris, soprano, who has filled suc-
cessful engagements with grand
operas Jin Paris, Milan, London
and New York; Miss Maria Ed-
wards, who has made such a
hit on tour as a soloist with Mr.
Walter Damrosch and his New
York Orchestra—she studied
the piano under Leschetizky in
Vienna. Austria; Mr. Saraslav
Chimera, who is also Mr" Kryl's-
soloist when on tour with his
band.
Josephine Kryl, violinist, will
also appear with the company.
She is a great'hit wherever she
plays—she is the daughter of
Bomuir Kryl. Her last teacher
was Jaroslav Kocian, the famous
virtueso.

at turner H4LL MARCH 18.
Your average rural wit is a
fearsome thing, and it takes a
bright* mind to see through it.
No one knows this better than
does Bohmuir Kryl, the greatest
of cornet soloists, who comes
here at Turner Hall on March
18th with his own concert com-
panp for the first time- Last
winter, Kryl was making a tour
through some of the larger
towns, including many in Cali-
fornia, where he is a prime favor-
ite.- In one, he was engaged to
play for a church entertainment
—which he good [natu redly con-
sented to do. A pompous but
"supposed-to-be-witty" deacon
was the master of 'ceremonies,
and this gentleman had the role
of introducing Kryl to the as-
sembly.
"'Faller citizens an' ladies,"
said he, "we hev with us tonight
the greatest wonder o' the age,
