SUSPENDING JOINT RULES TO ALLOW CONSIDERATION
OF CERTAIN BILLS.
S. C. R. No. 10.]
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION.
Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives
concurring, that the Constitutional Rule prohibiting bills to be
taken up and passed during the last twenty-four hours of the
Session and all other Rules be suspended so as to allow and
permit House Bill Nos. 73, 79, 82 and 83 to be taken up, considered
and finally passed during the last twenty-four hours of
the Session.
Filed in the Department of State, July 6, 1937, with the
Governor's signature.
