Early Twentieth Century Divorce
hearing the evidence and argument of counsel having found that the allegations of plaintiff s petition are
sustained by the evidence and that plaintiff is entitled to the relief prayed for.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between plaintiff, Annie M. Nelson and the defendant, B. C. Nelson, Jr., be, and he same are
hereby dissolved and that the plaintiff and the defendant be, and they are hereby restored to all the rights
and privileges of unmarried persons.
It is further ordered that the plaintiff Annie M. Nelson be restored to her maiden name Annie M.
Momand. It is further ordered that the plaintiff be awarded the care, and custody of their minor child,
and that plaintiff pay all costs of this suit herein incurred, and for which execution may issue on behalf
