Incorporated by the State," approved 13th
August, 1850, and under the operation and
execution of the several amendments to said
act the Houston Tap and Brazoria Railroad
Funtfoi'^the State of Texas, on ^acoount of a
loan of part of ?aid fund, as follows:

by section 3 of "the above entitled act , aggre-
