JIL ILLIES, without any regard for the
• action of the Supreme Court, has exe-
cuted a judgment of the District Court, ren-
dered in June 1852, and disposed at several
Sheriff sales, of 276 tracts Of land belonging
to the subscriber and third parties.
The Supreme Court, by decree of the 21st
of December, A.D. 1854, has reversed the
sale of these tracts to the extent of 36 I
tracts; consequently there only remains 1S
tracts confirmed.
The Decree of the Supreme Court is now
recorded in Medina county* in order to nulify
the Sheriff sales already mentioned, and made
for account and at the risk and peril of said
Hlies.
The Town of Castroville.
The undersigned also cautions the public
not to purchase any lots" in the town of Cas-
troville, under a Sheriff's title, mentioning
the sale of his right, titlg and interest in said
town; said Sheriff 's titlls being made in the
