lumber man, made another trip
to Goree Sunday—plenty of pret-
ty girls in Knox City. Wonder
why-they don't stop him?
E. C. Shipp is opening up a
bartecue stand at the old meat
market stand on Central Avenue
and vyill be in a position to ac-
comadate all wno wants to pur-
chase anything in this line in a
few days.
The K. of P. lodge of this
place met in regular session .last
night. New officers were elec'-
ed and a nice supper served. Ail
had a good time ar.d rejo'ced at
having the honor of reing a
member of this grand lodge.
Míís Wood, who has been at-
tending colledge at Wichita Falls
returned home this week. She
reports a pleaqant time at school
but that she was very glad to
get home again.
