Mrs. Anderson, who has been

Miss Cleo Dykes is visiting her
cousin, Mrs. Howard Stanley.
Mrs. Howard Holt, is reported
very low with consumption.
Capt. R. D. Coree was in the

Mr. Shaw, of nerth of town
was in the city Wednesday.
C. M. Watley and family of
west of town, was shopping in
town Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Little of Trvcott
were visiting in the city this

DarrRatliff is in Mineral Wells
this week for the benefit of his
rheumatism.
F. H. Applegate is building a
nice residence on his farm west
of town.
The passenger train was wreck-
ed near Rule Monday. No dam-
age to speak of was done.
Miss Vauhan Clarke, our Dop-
ular post mistress, visited in Ben-
jamin last Friday.

W. Bates' announcement for
county Judge this week, but to
late to make special mention, so
will appear in the next issue.

J- L. Pierce, manager of W. M.
Cameron & Company was in Ben-
jamin Friday and Saturday on
business.
Miss Helen Pierce, who is
teaching school at Rock Chapel,
visited homefolks Saturday and
Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Guy Milford en-
tertained a number of friends
with a musical entertainment on
last Tuesday evening.
Messrs J. E. Clarke, our pop-
ular postmaster, J. W. Boyle,
our popular Music man, accom-
panied by their families left
Wednesday for the western part
of the county, where they spent
two days hunting.
