III. All holders of Cotton and Wool, by consigi:-
ment of «planters, or by purchase, are hereby re-
quired to render to the Agencies of Houston and
Galveston, Indijinola and Sabine, San Antonio und
Marrfh/dl, a statement Showing quantify and marks,
appending to the same tne customary proofs oi
ownership, w'hether by planters or purchasers oat¡u
or by permits, and ail engaged in warehousing
cotton in said cities, or all others who may liav#
cotton stored in other places than public ware-
houses, are required to make statements showing
the ownership, marks uud number of bales, etc.
IV.' All cotton for which there is not the regular
propfs estúbiiaüed within ¿en days from date of this
ordér, will b¿ held and shipped to O. N. Gutior,
Esq., Special Treasury Agent, New Orleans, as I'.
S. property* From and'alter this date no cotton
will be permitted to be transferred from one¡ wan-
house to another, unless in case of its being re-
quired to be compressed, in which case paities
will make application to the local Agency.
