eron. if there be a newspaper published in
said county, (but if not, then in the nearest
county where a newspaper is published,)

Court, to be holden in and tor the county
of Cameron, at the Court llouse thereof, in
Brownsville, Texas, on the first Monday in

That Plaintiff and Defendant intermarried
about the first day of July, 1879, and lived
together until about the Mil day of Decern
ber. 1S7U, when Defendant, without fault on
the.part of Plaintiff left Plaintiff with in-
tent to abandon her. and has since lived
separate and apart from her, in no way or
manner contributing to her support for
mure tin . the period of three years; where-
fore Plaintiff seeks judgment decreeing a
dissolution of the marriage ties between
Plaintiff ami Defendant, that she be award-
ed the custody of their child, a boy aged
about three years, for costs and general re-
bel.

return thereon, showing how you have ex-
