Jr., who is a non-resident of the Mate of
texas. to bo and appear before the District
Court, to be holden in and tor the county
of Cameron, at the Court House thereof, in
Brownsville, Texas, on the Arst Monday n
September, 1884, then and there to answer
th«* petition of Margaret G. Laiitner, filed
in said Court, on the 13th day of August. A.
I). 1883, against the said VV. A. R. Latimer,
Jr., tile number o> said suit being 1353. and
alleging in suhstence as follow , to-wit:—

about the first day of July, 1879, and lived
together until about the 5th day of Decern
ber. 1879, when .Defendant, without fault on
the part of Plaintiff, left Plaintiff with in-
tent to abandon her, and has since lived
separate and apart from her, iti no way or
manner contributing to her ^pprt for
more Urn the period of three yenrs; where-
fore Plaintiff seeks judgment decreeing a
dissolution of the marriage ties between
Plaintiff and Defendant, that she be award-
ed the custody of their child, a boy aged
about three years, for costs aud general re-
lief.
