The Store That Saves You Money
REDUCTION
25 to 50 per cent for cash on all
Dry Goods
My customers know that a 25
to 50 per cent discount on my
priccs brings my goods down to
a lower price than the same dis-
count would on other people's
prices, for my priccs were lower
to begin with. These prices
place mv goods below cost and
this will not continue long. Ab-
solutely no goods will be charged
to anyone at these prices.

JUST PLAIN FOLKS
There Is no cause for any of us to become s tiff-nook-
ed and haughty. We are all just plain, oommon folks
traveling along together, animated by the same hopes,
desires and ambitions.
The grocer isn't neoessarlly fat simply because ha
haa so many good things to eat on sale, he may owe
for the stock he is selling. The bntoher may gel along
on 8oupbones in order to sell the fat etoalu to the other
fellow. The banker isn't neoeesarlly rich beoanae It is
his business to handle money- mostly other people's
money. We are all doing the best we can. The small
depoaioor is treated as fairly as the big finaneier at our
Bank. Kindneas, courtesy, sympathy, service, these
are the things that oount among sensible people every*
where.

Caldwell 56, Somerville 0.
In the foot ball game botween
Caldwell and 8omerville played
here Prlday afternoon resulted
in a sweeping victory for the
home boys with a score of 56-0.
This is the last game of the boys
to be played at home this season,
all other games will be played
with other teams elsewhere.
Although they were outclassed
the Somerville team played a
plucky game and contested every
inch of the way. Following the
gamo the Somerville team was
entertained by Caldwell follow-
ers at the Masonic hall.
6ms Resume Ginning.
The Caldwell ginners have re*
considered their decision to
close their gins for 30 days, and
will commence ginning again
today, Friday, and gin every
Friday and Saturday the rest of
the season. Their decision was
brought about by the gins in
Louisiana and parts of this
county agreeing to close as re-
quested. There was consider-
able eomment on the closing and
we believe it was best that they
resumo ginning.
