Reception.
Of the many lovely affairs of
the season, none have been more
delightful than the reception
given bv Mrs. N. G. Rollins,
assissted bv Miss Turner, in
honor of Miss Elliott, Monday
evening at her home, one of the
most artistic on South Side.
Miss Elliott was a valued and
beloved teacher for two years in
bur citv, hence she finds always
here the keynote of welcome at-
tuned to "Auld Lang Syne" with
blessed ties of pleasant mem-
ories. While her former friends
of this place would be delighted

Public Free Schools of this coun-

The program arranged bv the

conditions we should have a coun-

matter, and by so doing, enable

You and I are at home here. We are here to stay. We like the country. We
like each other, and are all boosters for this section. Handing you out an arti-

friendship and helpfulness. You and I will turn to each other as we would to a
dictionary for desired information. We will help to spread your table with
good things. We will supply you with durable and comfortable wearing ap-
parel. You will get big values for your money. This is a store of quality. The
best in the beginning is always the cheapest in the end. We want every boy
and girl in this section from one to ninety years young to make this store a
meeting place, a council chamber, a school room for studying quality, pric

Remember
Don't have the feeling that you must buy when you come
into this store. Take it easy, look around, get posted, in-
spect our goods. Clothes don't make the man, neither do
promises make the merchant, but liberal inspection of the
goods piled up and scattered around in this store will tell
you whether or not this is the right place to get the right
goods at the right prices.
