Notice is hereby given that by
virtue of a certain alias execu-
tion issued out of the Honorable
justice court of Stonewall county,
on the Sth day of May 1910, by
S, R. Dickey, justice of the peace
in and for precinct No one,
Stonewall County, Texas, for the
sum of one hundred ninety one
($191.00) dollars and costs of suit,
under a judgement, in favor of
T. L. Marr in a certain cause in
said court, No 322 and styled
T. L. Marr, vs. B. F. Edwards
and Z. J. Edwards and, placed in
my hands for service, I, S. R.
Lanier, as sheriff of Stonewall
county, Texas, did, on the 5 day
of May 1910, levy on certain Real
Estate situated in Stonewall
county, Texas, described as fol-
lows, to wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, in
block No. 4 in the town Asper-
mont, Stonewall county, Texas,
as shown by plot of said town,
now on file in the office of the
county clerk of said Stonewall
county, Texas, and levied upon
as the property of B. F. Edwards
and Z. J. Edwards. And that
on the first Tuesday in June
1910, the same being the 7th day
of said month, at the court house
door of Stonewall county, in the
town of Aspermont Texas, be-
tween the hours of 10 a. m. and
4 p. m., by virtue of said. levy
and said judgement, I will sell
said above described real estate
at public vendue, for cash, to the
highest bidder, as the property
of said B. F. Edwards and Z. J.
Edwards.
And in compliance with law, I
give this notice by publication,
in the English language, once a
week for three consecutive weeks
immediately preceding said day
of sale, in the Aspermont Star, a
newspaper published in Stone-
wall county.
Witness my hand, this 10th
day of May 1910.
