Group photograph of U.S. Army men on the back of train caboose. The men wear dark uniform jackets and pants, collared undershirts with ties and a cap. On the far left a man stands profile beside the train tracks instead of on the caboose looking down at something held in his hands. On the left side of the caboose group one of the men is tipping his hat, and on the far right one of the men is hanging off the side of the compartment. On the right is a covered train platform.
