Two of the women are holding babies, and there is a pram at the end of the second row on the left-hand side of the image. The men are all wearing suits and the women are all wearing floor-length, long-sleeved dresses. There is a banner hanging on the side of the building, however it is illegible. A fence and a large house is visible behind the building in the background on the left-hand side of the image. The photograph is mounted on a dark piece of cardboard.
