EMERGENCY APPPROPRIATIONS FOR INSTITUTIONS
AND DEPARTMENTS.
S. B. No. 84.] CHAPTER 85.
An Act making certain emergency appropriations out of the general revenue
fund of the State of Texas, or out of the Highway Fund of the
State of Texas, for the several institutions and Departments of State
Government as named herein for the balance of the fiscal year ending
August 31, 1930 and for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1931; and
declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas:
SECTION 1. That the following sums of money be, and the
same are hereby appropriated out of any money in the State
Treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund of the State
to provide for emergencies for the several institutions and Departments
of State Government named herein, and to supplement
appropriations heretofore made, for the balance of the
present fiscal year and for the fiscal year ending August 31,
1931, which appropriations shall be immediately available and
shall be for the Departments and institutions of the State Government
and for the purposes hereinafter stated, as follows,
to-wit:

THE AGRICULTURAL AND MECHANICAL COLLEGE
OF TEXAS.
