(136) feet to the point of beginning, containing Two and Sixtythree
Hundredths (2.63) Acres.
SEC. 3. That the exchange of lands and the conveyance of
same provided for and authorized by Sections 1 and 2 of this
Act shall be and the same are subject to the parties being satisfied
as to the title of the respective parties to said respective
tracts of land and the deeds of conveyance executed in effecting
such exchange, and upon such conveyance to the State of Texas
of the tract of land set out and described in Section 1 of this
Act, said tract of land shall thereupon be and become and same
is set apart and constituted a part of the grounds of the State
Tuberculosis Sanatorium in Tom Green County, Texas, and is
placed in and under the possession, control and management of
the State Board of Control as other property constituting and
incident to that institution.
SEC. 4. The fact that the construction of a State Highway
through a portion of the grounds of the State Tuberculosis Sanatorium
has separated the parcel of land to be conveyed under
the terms of this Act to the Concho, San Saba and Llano Valley
Railroad Company from the rest of the grounds of said Sanatorium
and has thus rendered it of no value to the Sanatorium,
and the fact that said tract of land set out and described in
Section 1 of this Act adjoins the present grounds of said Sanatorium,
and the fact that the immediate exchange of property
as herein provided is highly desirable for the benefit of the
State, creates an emergency and an imperative public necessity
for the suspension of the constitutional rule requiring bills to
be read on three several days in each House, and said rule is
hereby suspended; and this Act shall take effect from and after
its passage.

An Act to amend Chapter 119, Section le, Acts of the Regular Session of
the 41st Legislature, providing a size limit on speckled sea trout, red
fish, drum, flounder, and sheephead; and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 119, Section le, be and the same
is hereby amended so as to hereafter read as follows:
"Chapter 119, Section le. Provided, that it shall be unlawful
