A few simple rules are sufllclcnt.
Never exercise to the extent of great
fatigue. Stop short or that and you are
always gaining strength; go beyond and
you lose strength In proportion. The
best exercise Is horse-hack riding be-
cause It keeps all the muscles In motion.
Involuntarily; Iho horso lends you Ids
mtucles. Walking ! the next best
method; all the muscles are brought Into
use but It requires an elpirt of tho will
to maintain the motion and this detracts
from Its value.
