row Lee Lahrmann, 70, of Donie,
Texas and formerly of Bellville,
were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan.
23, 1993 from the Oak Knoll
Cemetery in Bellville with Rev.
Ann Dwelle Ward officiating.
Mr. Lahrmann was born Nov.
15,1922 in Bellville to his parents,
Edward William and Phoebia
(Einkauf) Lahrmann. He died Thurs-
day, Jan. 21 in a Temple hospital.
He was reared in Bellville and at-
tended the Bellville and Roach
Prairie Schools. In July of 1942 he
was united in marriage with Miss
Elnora Laird in Houston. Mr.
Lahrmann served in the U.S. Army

Jan. 18.
Mr. Hillbolt was a retired district
manager for Southwestern Bell.
Born in Sealy, he moved to Central
Florida in 1982.
A member of Grace Methodist
Church, Lake Mary, he also was a
member of the Scottish Rite, Or-
lando, Helia Temple, Garland, Tex-

ents.
The five week educational series
is sponsored by the volunteers of
the Austin County Family
Outreach Center. Classes are avail-
able for parents, children, ages 4-7,
and children ages 8-12 and a nursery

made to the St. John Lutheran
Church in Bellville.
Funeral services were held under
the direction of Knesek Bros./-
Etlinger Funeral Chapel in Bell-
ville.
A Vigil Service was held at 7
p.m. Monday, Jan. 18 at Pat H.
Foley Funeral Home. The Funeral
Liturgy was held Tuesday, Jan. 19
at St. Rose of Lima Catholic
Church. The Rite of Committal was
at 2:30 p.m. at Greenlawn Cem-
etery, Gethsemane West, in Rosen-
berg, Texas, Rev. Msgr. T.A.
Wendland officiating.

Funeral services for Marvin A.
Kersten, 65, of Sealy were held Fri-
day, Jan. 22, 1993 at 2 p.m. from
the Knesek Bros./Etlinger Funeral
Chapel in Sealy with the Veteran of
Foreign Wars, Post #6522 of Bel-
lville officiating the funeral service
and graveside committal.
Interment was in the Sealy Cem-
etery.
Mr. Kersten died Jan. 20, 1993
after a long illness.
Pallbearers were Fritz Engelking,
Clarence Dittert, Wilfred Eckardt,
Johnny Class, Allan Hillboldt and
Eddie Ray Lux. Honorary pallbear-
ers were Chuck Connor, Herbert
Dittmar, Tommy Taylor and
William Hegemeycr.
Mr. Kersten was born Oct. 1.
1927 in Austin County on the
home place to Albert and Ophelia
(Bastian) Kersten where he spent 65
