ENGAGEMENT ANNOKNCEMENT--Mr. and Mr . Edd
J.Wallace of Rusk announce the engagement and
approaching marriage of their daughter, Sandra Kay, to
Glenn Higgins of Nacogdoches, son of Mr. and Mrs. M.G.
Iliggins of Rusk. The couple will be married August 9 in the
Memorial Missionary Baptist Church of Rusk. Friends and
relatives of the couple are invited to attend.
Miss Cheryl O'Neal,
bride-elect of Albert Mun-
singer, was honored at a
beautifully appointed tea
shower Saturday afternoon
in the Community Room of
citizens State Bank.
Miss Weida Hasseil and
Miss Susie Struhall regis-
tered guests at the register
table which held the
Keepsake Bride's book.
The table was covered with
a purple cloth overlaid with
white lace. It also held a
cherub with purple and
white flowers surrounding
a purple taper.
Guests were received by
Mrs. Ora Lee Oliver and
greeted by the honoree;
her mother, Mrs. Billy G
O'Neal and Mrs. A.D.
Munsinger, mother of the
prospective bridegroom
Special guests were Mrs
Ida Lewis and Mrs John B.
Schochler, grandmothers
of the honoree and her
aunt, Mrs. Edna Tucker of
Winston-Salem, North
Carolina.

Miss Cheryl O'Neal, bride-elect of Albert
Munsinger. was honored with a mis-
cellaneous shower May 31 in the
Community Room, First State Bank. Left

bowl atop a round table
covered with a purple cloth
and overlaid in white lace.
The table was decorated
with a cherub containing
purple and white flowers
surround a purple taper.

organza trimmed in lace.

June 5 at the home of Ms.
Lydia Trawick. Mrs. Jan-

sherbert punch, nuts and
cookies. The table held an
arrangement of purple
flowers centered with a
while cape jasmine. The
table was covered with a
purple cloth overlaid with
white net.
