daughters, Mrs. Repilla Swift
of Dallas, Mrs. Pauline Hol-
land of Vivian, Texas; one
sister, Mrs. Margaret Rell
of Rusk; eight grandchildren
and ten great grandchildren.
Grandsons served as pall
bearers.

Mr. Bivin, age 92, passed
away Saturday in Rusk Mem
orial Hospital following a
brief lllnc- s.
He had been a resident of
Augusta, Texas in Houston
County for 45 years. For the
past 8 years he had lived in
Rusk and Pasadena. He was
member of the Southmore
Baptist Church, Pasadena
and was a former member and
deacon ot the Calvary Rapt
ist Church of Rusk. Mr. Ri
vin was a retired blacksmith
ind farmer.
Survivors include two sons,
James 1-. Rivin of Pasadena
ml Charles R. Rivin ofRusk;
and five grandchildren.
