THE CHEROKEEAN OF RUSK. TEXAS-February 22. 1968 — PAGE T>
IT HAPPENED AGAIN-The icy hand of winter
clutched tast Texas again last Wednesday ni-
ght-Thursday morning, as evidenced by the
above scene from atop Atoy Mountain. The
majorority of Rusk's residential area and bus-
iness community escaped the burden of heavy
icing by virtue of its location in "bowl" shaped
terrain. The surrounding mountains, one more
time for the current winter season, were tran-
sformed into a fantasticly beautiful setting.
