Miss Sylvia Henderson directed
the guests to the register where
Miss Nelda Smith presided most
delightfully. Floating magnolias,
delicately tinted, in a crystal fan
¡container, with a beautiful open
fan background added charm to
the register desk.
Mrs. Dudley Willingham grac-
iously ushered guests to the din-
ing room where they were wel-
comed by Miss Irene Snellings.
The dining table which was laid
with a pink net over pink taffeta
cloth with double pleated fuffle
net skirt adorned with rhinestonesj
and sequins, was centered with a
beautiful bride and bride's maid.
The bride's wedding gown was o£
white tulle, and her bridal veil
extended from a cap of pearls to
the hem of her dress. The bride's
maid was in matching attire. Flat
crystal fans held floating magnol-
ias. The buffet held matching ar-
rangements.
Mrs. Joe B. Copelana presided
at the crystal punch bowl. Mrs.
Oscar Manning served glazed cake
squares topped with pink wedding
bells. Othar tea dainties were as-
sorted heart - shaped sandwiches,
roasted nuts, and flower mints in
pastel colors. Assisting in the din-
ing room were Mrs. Beatrice Wat-
son and Mrs. M. B. Treadweil.
Mrs. Charles Bivin, high school
and college friend of the honoree,
delightfully escorted guests to
Jiving room from entrance hall.
Throughout the evening tho
hundred or more guests who call-
ed were privileged to hear beau-
tiful piano selections by Miss Ruth
Marie Mayes and Mrs. Bernicei
Looney.

Were beautifully dressed in for-
mal evening gowns canning out
the colors of the decorations. Mr.
Henry Eldred Pryor, Jr. made pic-
tures of the lovely ladies.
