Juniors Play Fish
Team Thurs. Morning
In Intra Murals
The Junior boys bested the
Freshmen boys 15 to 5 Thursday
morning in intra-murals. The Jun-
ior boys in winning established
themselves as favorites in the In-
tra-murals Basketball race be-
tween classes. Pryor was the scor-
ing ace for the Juniors, If the
Juniors can get by the Senior boys
they can wrap up the contest. The
next game is January 19 between
the Sophomores and the Junior
girls.
The Junior girls also beat the
Freshmen girls to the score of
12-11, with Anetta Murray being
the favorite ace.

Eagles Set Pace
In District Race;
Win Over Jasper
The Rusk Eagles romped over
Jasper Friday night to send their
conference record to three wins
against no losses. It took two and
"ru half quarters for the Eagles
to recuperate from their one hun-
dred and twenty mile journey to
Jasper.
At the half, Jasper was leading
by the score of 19-11. However,
the Eagles came back in the last
half sending the net dancing for
thirty eight points. The leading
scorers were Johnny Irwin and
Morris Golf with 19 and 13 points
respectively.
