this Act take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and it
is so enacted.

COUNTY-AMEND ACT BY INCREASING
ITS LIMITS.
H. B. No. 54.] CHAPTER 9.
An Act to increase the limits of the Albany Independent School District
of Shackelford County, Texas; and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas:
SECTION 1. That the limits of the Albany Independent School District
of Shackelford County, as created and established by Chapter
61, Special Laws, passed at the Regular Session of the Thirty-sixth
Legislature, as amended by Chapter 4, Special Laws, passed at the
Third Called Session of the Thirty-sixth Legislature be increased by
the addition thereto of the following described territory in Shackelford
county, to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of the Albany
Independent School District as established by an Act of the Legislature
approved March 12, 1919, which point is the southeast corner of
Sec. No.. 33 and the southwest corner of Sec. No. 32, Blind Asylum
Surveys, for the southwest corner of this proposed addition. Thence
north, along the west lines of Sees. Nos. 32, 23, 10 and 7, Blind Asylum,
across Sec. No. 5, Blk. No. 11, T.
