15 SECTION 3. Subsection (a), Section 511.0041, Government
16 Code, is amended to read as follows:

21 (2) does not maintain during service on the commission
22 the qualifications required by Section 511.004;
23 (3) is ineligible for membership under violatesc

26 substantial part of the term for which the member is appointed
27 because of illness or disability; or3
