Sir: We, your Committee on Com-
merce and Manufactures, to whom
was referred
S. B. No. 40, A bill to be entitled
"An Act to protect trade mark own-
ers, the distributors and the general
public against injurious and uneco-
nomic practices in the distribution of
articles of standard quality under a
distinguished trade mark, brand or
name, and to facilitate fair trade, de-
fining certain terms and declaring an
emergency,"
Have had the same under consid-
eration, and I am instructed to re-
port it back to the Senate with the
recommendation that it do pass and
be printed.

Sir: We, your Committee on Judi-
cial Districts, to whom was referred
H. B. No. 341, A bill to be entitled
"An Act fixing the time of holding
court in the several counties consti-
tuting the Fifty-first Judicial District
of Texas, and fixing the time of hold-
ing Court in the several counties con-
stituting the One Hundred and Nine-
teenth Judicial District of Texas;
fixing the effective date of this Act;
repealing all laws in conflict here-
with; providing that nothing herein
shall be construed as affecting the
time of holding court in the several
counties of said Judicial Districts be-
tween the date of the passage of this
Act and the date it shall become ef-
fective; and declaring an emergency,"

eration, and I am instructed to report
it back to the Senate with the recom-
mendation that it do pass and be not
printed.
