the (hooting by the Deputy Sheriffs In
the yards of the Louisville and Nashville
railroad. The Deputy Sheriff confined

age amateur talent. The solo of Miss
i.anua "i-rom Dinais ueigm" wa
especially well sung and tbe "Ave Ma-
ria" by Miss M. K. Gordon was also ap
preciated ibis young lauy is a guest
of Colonel Otis from Cairo Ills. and
was a great acquisition to the pro-
gramme. All the ladles were presented with
floral offerings and tbe audlenoe left the
church with a feeling or regret that the
concert was over.
