liver to Francis B. Hotfruan Trustee a
trust deed on certain lauds in Cameron
County State of Texas therein describ-

Maria V. Starck to the British & Amer-
ican Mortgage Company Limited which
said trustdeed is recorded in Cameron
County in Deed Book 3 pago 12 to
hich reference is hereby made; and
whereas default has been made in the
payment of the moneys secured by said
trust deed; and -whereas the undersign-
ed has been duly appointed substituted
trustee in the place of said Francis B.
