Chi Alpha sells discount cards
By JOLYNN ELKINS
Staff Writer
Chi Alpha is looking for every stu-
dent wanting to save money. All that is
required is one small investment.
The Chi Alpha discount cards are
available for the third year in a row. The
discount cards offer substantial savings
possibilities as they are useful at 17 lo-
cal businesses and have unlimited uses.
The cards are valid until Aug. 2008 and
cost $10.
Chi Alpha has set up one or two
booths this semester, but according
to Chi Alpha Campus Pastor David
Schmit, that's not the only way they sell
the cards.
"We set our booths up at the stu-
dent center," Schmit said, "one or two
times a semester, but mainly we just
sell them online/' The Chi Alpha Web
site allows students to view what busi-
nesses are participating, the discounts
they offer and enables the students to
purchase discount cards online.
The businesses that offer discounts
are Starbucks, Arby's, Fiddle Creek
