Okla., and holds a B.S. degree in
)education and mathematics from*
Oklahoma State University. He
.received a' master's from
Oklahoma State in 1973 and a
doctorate in 1977. ;
, , Dr. Lampe was a mathematics
teacher in the public school
system in Stillwater, Okla., from
1970-72 and was counselor from
1972-77. He was a teaching
assistant in education at
Oklahoma State and a psychology
intern at the Payne County
Guidance Center in Oklahoma
prior to his appointment at
Tarleton.
He is a member of Phi Delta
Kappa, the American Personnel
and Guidance Association,
American School Counselors
Association, Association for
Measurement and Evaluation of
Guidance, and Association for
Counselor
Supervision.
Education and
Program offers
Spain; credit
Each year for 5 weeks of the!
summer, a program is offered to'*
students in the U.S. and Canada
to travel and study in Spain.
Last summer, 93 students from-
25 states, Canada arid Puerto Rico
departed., from Kennedy .Airport
in New Yoik and flew to Madrid.
The group was then bussed to the
campus of the Ciudad
Universitaria of Madrid where
they lived and attended classes.
The living quarters consisted of
one room per student.
Plans are already in progress
for the 14th Summer
School; 'Program .in 'Spain 1978..
Students may earn 9 quarter
college credits. All persons
interested should write to Dr.
Doreste, Augustana College, Rock
Island, 111. 61201 as soon as
possible. Space is limited.
