All graduate evening sections will be tested during the regular examination week on the
same evening that they usually meet.
Six summer camps for junior
high and high school students will,
be held here starting the first
week in June, director of camps
James Larson has announced.
The first camp will run from
June 5-10 for junior high band
students with Dr. Douglas Fry as
conductor and clinician. Dr. Fry is
director of bands at Cisco Junior
College. Students who have at
least one year of instruction and
have not started the tenth grade
are eligible for the camp.
Stephenville band director Jim
Harwell will direct the stage band
camp .scheduled from June 12-17.
Harwell has won numerous awards
with both his high school and
junior high jazz groups at
Stephenville.
> Two cheerleading camps are
scheduled from June 12-17 and
19-24. Representatives from
.Lawrence R. Herkimer's National
Cheerleaders Association will
cpnduct both camps.
, Pat Hooker, of San Antonio,
will return to Tarleton as
coordinator-teacher of the
twirling and drum major clinic
scheduled for June 26 to July 1.
The drum major clinic will be
conducted by Greg Smith, from
Indiana State University, and
twirling will be directed by Bobby
Courtright, winner of nine open
national championships,
Tarleton will present its first
drill team camp from July 10-15
under 'the direction of Penny
Beaver. Penny is director of the
Tarleton Texan Stars and will be
assisted by members of the TSU
drill team.
Fees for the camps will be $65
per session for students staying in
the'' dormitories and will include
room,, board, and special
activities. The fee for day students
will be $40 and the fee for
sponsors and parents $33.

Enrollment in the cheerleader,
drill team, and twirling camps will
be limited to 200 students. There
will be no limit on band and stage
band camps.

The Second Annual Student
Art Hxhibit will be April 27-28 in
Assembly Room A of the SUB.
Coordinators for the exhibit are

forms are welcome.

exhibits to the Assembly Room
