P« A®!
WHEN Comp, Lit. and Physics 3-B are crowd-
ing for attention; when I've just received an
over-cut notice from the Dean; when my allow-
ance is a month off and the stub of my check-
book confesses a balance of $9.32, give me a
pipe and Prince Albert. I want to be happy!
Trouble's a babble* ?|||ey ?s%y. And I can
prove it . . . with my jimmy-pipe and P. A.
Just never was a friend like Prince Albert. Cool
and sweet and soothing, P. a.'s true-blue smoke
zooms up the stemy knocking troubles for a row
of test-tube^.
Never a tongue-bite or throat-parch. Just
cool contentment, no matter how hard you hit
it up. Give me a grate fire to chase the chill of
winter nights, ah easy chair and my jimmy-pipe
packed with P. :A.; Nearby, a tidy red tin for
frequent refills. I know, Brother, I know!
P. A* is sold everywhere in
tidy red tins, pound and half
pound tin humidors, and
pound crystal-glass humidors
with sponge-mpisten&r top.
And always with every, bit o}.
bite and. parch removed by the *
Prince Albert process.

You didn't know we lived in a
hospital—didja? Well, here's the
place to stay because we- have so
many visitors—especially Tubby.
His lips seems to be past medical
attention but the attention new is
Polly, Yejs, Polly lives here with
Mae. Polly was on the sick list -•
this week end. Ask Tubby, he'll
tell you,
Don, our artist, went home this
week end and brought back some /
pretty pictures to adorn the beauti-
ful white walls of the room she and
Jewell occupy and keep so cozy.
Jewell spent the week end in
town but she took her box of candy
with her, or hid it-—which? Rut why
worry, we got all we wanted before
she left.
Oleta and Lucile are making big
plans for Christmas. They expect
to bring back lots of, eats, jlHt this
isn't an invitation. They room in
the "nut-shell!" Oleta's name is -
somewhat like '"Modesty" but that
isn't right and Liicille doesn't , like
to be called Mary. They are par-
ticular.
My goodness, there's Fats and Pat.
Who wake us up every morning, but
who do they stay over here after
theij;,,work is finished? Fats thinks
we "ought to practice sweeping, wash- ■
jng dishes, and scrubbing.
We had, one patient this- week—
Florence Green. Last week we had .
Jack and Chester with us.
Three cheers' for Miss Hennigan!
She knows how to make us happy
and she even pretends to enjoy our
evening concerts, which were given
on the porch until the cold spell.
She thinks sweet milk is healthy and
so do-we. It's nearly seven—there
she comes. *("Get to your rooms
girls,") —Good-bye!
AGETTE'S REORGANIZE
The reorganization of the Agette's
under the" sponsorship of Miss:
Laura Fellman, took place in the
College, gymnasium last Thursday,
evening directly after the pep meet-;
ing. No. roll call was made, but]
the majority of the "Blue Chain-.;
brays" responded to the announc-
ments which had been made pre-
viously regarding the reorganization
and were all there in full force,-and
confidentially, I heard some one say
noise" too. ' '
The big object of the meeting,'
was, of course, the election of offi-
cers and incidentally we might say,
that 'the ,big objects, of the organi-i
zation are to bring together the
Tarleton co-eds into a closer union:
and to promote a stronger interest
in girl activities- for the year. Of;
course when nominations were' in-
order, we had a hard time selecting
one out of that mob for a president!
but after careful consideration. etc j
we elected Miss Lorena Bates pres-i
ident. Miss Annie Laura Duke was'
elected vice-president, Miss Hestaj
Brown, secretary and Miss Mabel i
Mote, treasurer, An election of a;
J. Tac reporter was deferred to the!
next meeting, .. ;
Thursday night of this week, the i
Agetles will , meet again, although.
it is their intention to meet only
twice a month after they have been
properly and efficiently organized.
The purpose of the meeting Thurs-
day. Light, is—sh-h.—this may be a
secret, but, —^anyway its to make
